Official ratings on Domicile CRM come from the regulators: the Care Quality Commission in England and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland. Fees, beds and photos come from the care homes themselves. We never make up a rating, a fee, a free bed or a facility. If we don't know something, the page leaves it out. Each English home is checked against CQC about once a month.
