Where a care home appears on Domicile CRM depends on its official regulator rating, whether it has a free bed and how close it is to you. Search is ordered by regulator rating (Outstanding, Good, Requires improvement, Inadequate, not yet rated), or by distance once you enter a location. Town and county pages put homes with a free bed first, then list them A to Z.
